My Story of Losing Body Fat
When I finally decided to do something about my fat problem I looked, what seemed like, everywhere. It's been hard. When I was younger, I didn't have a problem losing fat.

The point I want to make is that I couldn't seem to lose any of my body fat simply by walking. So, I looked around at different plans and programs on how to lose fat.
Everything from diets that don't really work, to special diet foods that seem to be made to get you addicted so that you keep buying them making the food companies just get richer and richer.
It's frustrating! To say the least.
